I still havent gotten my emerald whelp and i wll get one but i had to make an account to brag about the magnificent luck i had today not 1 but 2 Dark Whelplings on 1 kill.

Comment by Allakhazam I love these things. Haven't had any success farming them myselves, but I have had the opportunity to take advantage of AH sellers who underestimate the value of this item. I got my own Dark Whelpling for just 5g in AH. That one I kept because I wanted a whelpling pet for myself.
That made my day. Now whenever I go to AH I do a quick search for whelplings to see if another such opportunity will present itself.
